Introducing Solid Foods to Infants

Baby body desires good digestive food, because digestion effect on your baby body. You should feed with breast milk at first and after breast feed you should use some solid foods to your infants. You should feed your baby according to age of your baby.

Give Solid foods after Breast Feeds: Look Solid Foods for Infants

First to third month baby:
Give breast milk.

Fourth to Fifth month baby:
Give iron fortified food, Plain iron cereals, rice cereals, oatmeal cereals, and barley cereals. Must feed with breast milk.

Sixth month baby:
Feed with vegetables, single fruits, strained, single meats, plain yogurt, beans, peas, rice cereals, barley cereals, oatmeal cereals and breast feed.

Seventh to eighth Month baby:
Biscuits, vegetables, single fruits, strained, single meats, fruit juices, beans, peas, and plain yogurt. Give them breast feed.

Ninth to Eleventh Month baby:
Grain cereals, bread, noodles, rice, toast strips, cooked vegetables, fresh foods, egg, cheese, and you can also give last months foods.

For 12’Th Month baby:
You can give cows milk now. Feed with cereals, grain cereals, rice cereals, noodles, rice, toasts, breads, cooked vegetables, soft fruit feeding, creamy butter, peanuts, egg white, boneless fish and last food of eleventh month.

Remember:
First feed with breast milk and always give 100% pure and natural food to your infants. Give your infant a happy life at his or her first stage.
