Six month child want high amount of food and fruits. You should give liquid and soft solid food from spoon. Always check that is baby demanding more food? If yes, then put more foods and fruits in baby diet. Always note your baby diet amount; it should be in increasing order. However, not try to give excess of solid food.
You can give good foods and fresh foods to your six month baby. Let us check, what fruits and food to be given morning till night.
At morning (Breakfast)
- Essential Foods – You can give them Oatmeal cereal, barley cereal, rice central mixed, and very essential mother breast feeding.
- Essential Fruits – You can give these fruits avocado, bananas, peaches, pears, and apples with mother milks.
At noon (Lunch)
- Essential Foods– You can feed them by wheat germ, oatmeal rice, barley cereal, rice cereal, chicken and rice, barley and oatmeal, rice and oatmeal, split peas or lentils.
- Essential Fruits – You can feed them by sweet potato, apples, peas or bananas, pumpkin, peaches and pears, apples and squash, peas or bananas and squash with pears.
At Night (Dinner)
- Essential Foods – You should give breast milk or cereal and grain.
- Essential Fruits – You can give pear sauce, peaches, vegetable mix, squash, pears, beans, and apple sauce.
