Get some baby physical check list

New Birth:
Check weight, length, feeding routine, head circumstances, gross motor skills, condition of the skin, response to sound and light, general physical condition and discuss immunization.

Six to Eight Weeks Baby:
Check weight, height, attention, feeding, and communication, discuss immunization, head circumstances, vision, hearing, baby environment, gross motor skill, physical body, and eyes check up.

Eight Months Baby:
Check his weight, height, head circumstances, gross motor skills, condition of the skin, fine motor skills, feeding, vision, hearing, attention, child environment, and discuss immunization.

Eighteen to Twenty-one Months Baby:
Speech language, emotional behavior, self help skills, physical health, immunization, Check weight, height, attention, feeding, and communication, discuss immunization, head circumstances, vision, hearing, and movement of the body.

Three to Half Past Three Years Baby:
Emotional Behavior, language spoken, self help skills, vision, hearing, Check his weight, height, head circumstances, gross motor skills, condition of the skin, fine motor skills, feeding and physical tests.
